Tuskegee University National Nursing Alumni Association (TUNNAA) is a membership organization that was established in 1980 to represents graduates of the Tuskegee University School of Nursing (TUSON) and supporters.  TUSON graduates are prominent leaders in academia, hospitals, federal agencies, professional organizations, associations, and state & local governments. As TUNNAA members and TU Alumni, we support our Alma Mater by donating our time, talents and expertise to mentor TUSON students, serving on Alumni committees, and contributing financial support for student scholarships and other needed Tuskegee University (TU) & TUSON initiatives.

TUNNAA provides additional avenues for encouraging support of TU and its TUSON:

1. Serve as an advocate for nursing Alumni concerns.
2. Promote and supports quality health care programs.
3. Assist with recruitment and retention activities for TU & TUSON.
4. Serves as role models for TUSON students.
5. Support the advancement of higher education.
6. Promote networking among TUSON Alumni
